  • Take 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp Nonfat Dry Milk, 2 tbsp Super Stevia, and 1 cup water in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Take 2 egg whites in another bowl and beat till stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites with batter to get a foamy smooth batter.
  • Grease and set the metal ring molds in a pan over low heat.
  • Fill ¾ the molds with batter; cover the pan and cook for 5 mins.
  • Flip and cook for 5 more mins.
