5 Minutes Garam Masala Chicken Salad
Give your usual summer salad a flavorful boost with garam masala. Smoky chicken, peppery watercress and a dash of garam masala mixture – and you are good to go.
· Take a large bowl and combine olive oil, lime juice, and Pride of India garam masala. Toss the chicken breast and coat well.
· Cook the chicken on medium heat until tender and juicy.
· Assemble the salad in a bowl with tomato, onion, and mint leaves. Cut the chicken breast and place it on top. Drizzle some olive oil, triple omega seeds and enjoy.
