3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.Organic Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp.Organic Ginger Fine Ground
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.Himalayan Pink Salt
2 large eggs, beaten
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. whole milk
1/3 c. honey
small raspberries
Heat oven to 325°F.
Coat the muffin pan with butter.
Take a large bowl and mix together flours, quinoa, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk and honey.
Mix both the mixtures and then stir in raspberries.
Put the mixture in the muffin pan cups and bake for 15-20 mins.
Your delicious muffins are ready.
