Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

On a day like today, when you don't want to cook but still want to devour something delicious, this Raspeberry Chia Seeds Pudding recipe is the real deal!

Prep for this easy, tasty, and absolutely healthy recipe in advance, and eat it whenever you want to!

What you need

How to make

  • Soak the Organic Chia Seeds with the canned light coconut milk.
  • Stir well and store in fridge for at least 6 hrs.

Add raspberry compote before serving, and top with granola and fresh raspberries.

Recipe for compote

  • Put the raspberries in a saucepan. Add the Super Stevia & water to it.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the berries are starting to fall apart and the liquid thickens (5-10 mins).
  • Let the compote cool.
The compote can be stored in a covered jar for up to 2 weeks.
