Papad Nachos

Crisps are always a fun thing to munch on, and is a very important part of any party. Papad Nachos are a great fit for any party snacks. While you have already been experimenting with nachos, here we  bring you a new way of making those crisps. This recipe of ours is a tasty twist to the usual Papad Nachos you all know about.

  • 2 Papadum lentil crisps, roasted
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Coriander leaves, handful or parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder, or chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano, or Indian chat masala seasoning
  • Salt, to taste 

It’s Papad Nachos Recipe time

  • First mix together onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chilli powder, oregano and salt in a mixing bowl. 
  • Add the lime juice and mix everything well.
  • Spread this Salsa over the roasted papads.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese and grill in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes just till the cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle coriander or parsley leaves, sprinkle the Indian chat masala seasoning and serve immediately.

Papad Nachos are sure to make your guest ask you for more of it. So, take that recipe and stir the party, coupled with some good music to enjoy the good times.
