1.5 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of Himalayan salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon Pride of India’s Black chia seeds
2 tablespoon butter or oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl, mix together the brown rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chia seeds until well combined.
Add to dry ingredients, egg, milk, little butter and vanilla extract until smooth.Stir until just combined.
Lightly grease a non-stick pan with butter or oil and heat over medium heat.
Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan or each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the top and the edges look set. Then, Flip carefully with a spatula and cook another side

1 teaspoon seafood spice rub (start small)
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cups water or vegetable broth
