Boil the shrimp in salted water for 2-3 mins until just cooked. Drain and let cool, then dice into pieces.
In a bowl, combine the diced shrimp and fresh lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the citrus infuse and tenderize the shrimp.
