  1. Mash the Avocados:
    Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a bowl. Gently mash with a fork to your preferred texture, a bit chunky or completely smooth.

  2. Add the Flavors:
     Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, lemon chili pepper seasoning, chopped cilantro and Himalayan salt. Mix it well.

  3. Customize the Heat:
     Add red chili flakes to adjust the spice level to your liking. For an extra tang, mix in a squeeze of lime juice.

  4. Let It Chill:
    Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 30 mins. Stir this avocado dip before serving.
