STRAWBERRY PRETZEL ART

No meal is ever completed without a touch of savoury dessert. This pretzel tart made out of fresh strawberries will take care of all your dessert cravings in the most delicious and easy way!

Try out this recipe with your loved ones and savour this amazing dessert! 

WHAT YOU NEED 

  • 2 c. crushed pretzels

  • 1 ½ stick melted butter

  • 4 c.Natural Crystal Rock Sugar Whole 

  • 1 block cream cheese

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1 c. heavy cream

  • 1/2 c. water

  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

  • 1 ½ tbsp. Strawberry Jell-O mix

  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

HOW TO MAKE 

  • For the pretzel crust, preheat the oven to 350°. 

  • Take a mixing bowl and stir the pretzels, butter and sugar. 

  • Transfer to a tart pan and press the mixture firmly. Bake for 8 mins. 

  • For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until combined. Add cream and beat again. 

  • Spread over the pretzel crust. 

  • For strawberry topping, combine sugar, water and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk constantly. Add jell-o and mix until combined. 

  • Garnish with strawberries and then pour jell-o mixture
