JASMINE RICE-QUINOA WITH HAZELNUT AND CHOCOLATE ENERGY BITES

To help you with your cravings, we bring you these energy bites made of chocolate and hazelnuts with the goodness of our Thai White Jasmine Rice and Organic Red Royal Quinoa!

It's your one-stop solution for your sweet tooth without any guilt!

WHAT YOU NEED 

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Cook jasmine rice with quinoa and let it cool. 

  • Mix the chopped dates, shredded coconut, and hazelnuts in a blender and blend till finely grounded. 

  • Combine both the mixtures and add chocolate chips, cacao powder, flax seeds, and pink salt to it. 

  • Roll the mixture into balls and sprinkle some shredded coconut on it. 

  • Refrigerate. 

Your protein-loaded crispy rolled treats are ready to be served and eat!
