Garbanzo Bean Salad

It’s time to take some time out to get back into shape after all the feasting through the parties. The idea of what we cater to, with our choice of ingredients and recipes, is to provide you with delicious food filled with healthy choices.  

So, let’s get into preparing this bowl of health to start your mornings on a healthy note!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl: 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pressed garlic clove 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Note that you can even shake them together in a small mason jar.

  • Combine remaining salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Add dressing to taste

That’s all you have to do! Once the dressing is done, you can start digging into this freshly-prepared tasty treat and get a healthy bite of delightful freshness.
