Our love for chocolate and chia made us make this delicious, creamy ice cream. Beat the heat and stay healthy with this amazing recipe.

How to make

  • Stir all ingredients together until combined. Chill the mixture for 4 hr.
  • Blitz the mixture in a food processor until smooth. Return to the fridge until ready to churn.
  • Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze.
Top it with chocolate sauce and nuts, and enjoy this so-good melt-in-your-mouth ice cream!
